Mousse de frambuesa / Raspberry mousse

Hola querido tú. Hace unos días te hablé de un bizcocho de chocolate, plátano y nueces que hice y que me comí sin sacar fotos antes. También te prometí volver a hacerlo pronto. Bueno, lo que volví a hacer fue una deliciosa tarta de chocolate buenísima, pero con la prisa - ayer era el partido de fútbol Francia-España e íbamos un poco tarde a la casa de los amigos - se me olvidó sacar fotos antes. No importa, esto me servirá de excusa para hacerlo otra vez. Bueno, a lo que iba, hoy, como tenía pensado hacerle una pequeña visita a mi cuñada Maricarmen, preparé una mousse de frambuesa sobre una base de galletas tipo Oreo (sin la crema) para crear un contraste. Tendré el veredicto esta tarde cuando la probamos, pero la verdad es que tiene muy buena pinta. Si quieres la receta, no dudes en decírmelo, es bastante fácil y con el calor que hace es muy refrescante. Mientras tanto, y para darte ganas, aquí te pongo unas fotos, aunque la base de galletas negras no se vea. Que tengas un buen fin de domingo!

Hello dear you. A few days ago I told you about a chocolate-banana-walnut cake that I did and ate without previously taking pictures of it. Likewise, I promised to make another one soon. Well, what I made was a delicious chocolate tart, but being in a hurry - yesterday was the football match between France and Spain and we were running late to go to our friends´place - I forgot to take pictures of it too. Never mind dear you, this will be my excuse to make another one soon. But, to the point: since today I am planning to visit my sister-in-law Maricarmen, I have made a raspberry mousse with a black biscuit base for the contrast. I will know the verdict this afternoon, but it looks quite good. If you want the recipe, just let me, it is quite easy and with the heat we´re having, it is very refreshing. Hola, querido tú. Sé que hace tiempo que no paso por aquí; cosas de la vida. Bueno todo eso para decirte que hice un DELICIOSO bizcocho de chocolate, plátano y nueces y que...se me olvidó sacar fotos, demasiado ocupada en comérmelo! Te lo prometo, de verdad, que volveré a hacerlo pronto (hay que ver las excusas que tengo que buscarme para hacer bizcochos sin mala conciencia) y que te lo enseñaré y encima, te daré la receta, ¡a que soy genial! Sí, lo sé. Bueno, mientras tanto, que tengas una buena semana.

Hello dear you. It´s been a long time, I know, but c´est la vie! Well, all this to tell you that I did a DELICIOUS chocolate-banana-walnut cake and that...I totally forgot to make pictures, I was too busy eating it! Buenas tardes querido tú! Ya se ha terminado el challenge por lo que ya no te voy a inundar de dibujos, pero hoy, después de cinco horas de limpieza - acabando con la espalda y la ciatica en huelga contra mi ; hombre. los entiendo, quien en su sano juicio se mete cinco horas de golpe de limpieza? Nadie, exacto, pero como no tengo mi juicio muy sano la mayoría del tiempo...- decidí coger mi art journal y hacer algo, a ver si la concentración me hacía olvidar el dolor. Así que aquí tienes lo que salió de mi cabeza, se llama Transformation y esta hecho en mi art journal, con collage y pintura acrílica.

Good afternoon dear you! The challenge is over now, so I am not going to bury you under drawings, but today,  after a 5 hour  long house-cleaning - ending up with my back and sciatica on strike against me ; I understand them somehow, who, in his right mind, would clean during 5 hours in a row? No one, exactly, the only is that, most of the time, I am not in my right mind...- I decided to pick my art journal up to see if the concentration would relieve the pain. So, here is what came out of my mind. It´s called Transformation and was made in my art journal with collage and acrylic paints.

Hecho con amor / made with love

Buenos días querido tú. He encontrado esta tela negra con corazones rosas y pensé en hacerme un bolso de mano, tipo "tote bag" ya que entre mi libro del momento, la botella de agua (es que hace calorcito últimamente), mi cuaderno, a veces mi estuche de lapices y un montón de cosas más que siempre llevamos con nosotras, necesito un bolso grande y práctico. Solía comprarme bolsos pequeños para obligarme a llevar conmigo lo estrictamente necesario, pero siempre acabo con más y más cosas, empujándolas en el mini bolso y terminando deformándolo o rompiendo la cremallera! En fin, te estoy contando mi vida, querido tú, y ya te veo con una cuerda en una mano a punto de ahorcarte de aburrimiento cuando sólo quería enseñarte lo que hice al final con esa tela: otro....porta tartaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa! Cuanto tiempo, verdad? Y, no, la tarta no se entrega con el bolso. Una noche que estuve conversando conmigo misma - no me mires así que sé que lo haces también - me dije: " a donde esté invitada, qué mensaje bonito sería llevar mi tarta (o mi tortilla de patatas) en un bolso lleno de corazones como para decir "hecho con amor""...suspiro...

Hello dear you. I´ve found this black fabric with pink hearts and I thought of making me a hand bag, like a tote bag since, between my book, the bottle of water (it´s been quite hot here lately), my journal, sometimes my pencil case and loads of other stuff that we always carry with us, I need a big, practical bag.  I used to buy small ones to force me to take only the necessary things with me, but I always ended up taking more and more, squeazing it all to fit into the mini bag until it exploded! Well, I´m telling you all about my life , dear you, and I can see you  with a rope in one hand, ready to hang yourself out of boredome. I only wanted to show you what I did with that fabric: another...cake baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaag! It´s been a long time, right? Eh, and, no, the cake isn´t delivered with it. One night, I was to talking to myself - don´t look at me like that, I know that you do that too - I said: "when invited somewhere, wouldn´t it be a nice message, carrying the dessert (or the Spanish omelette) in this bag full of hearts as if to say "made with love" "...sigh...Well, you know the story dear you. Buenos días querido tú. Ya estás llegando al final de tu sufrimiento. Mañana se termina el challenge y ya no tendrás que aguantar mis dibujitos a diario. Sin embargo - ya sabes que siempre hay un "pero" - todavía no está terminado por lo que aquí te pongo la cara de hoy! Está hecho a lápiz en mi Moleskine. Nada más por hoy, los lunes son días de locos para mí.

Hello dear you. You´re getting to the end of your ordeal. Tomorrow´s the end of the challenge and you won´t have to bear my lil´drawings every day. However - you know well that there´s always a "but" somewhere - it´s not over yet so here´s today´s face. It´s a pencil drawing made in my Moleskine. Buenas tardes querido tú. Bueno, bueno,bueno, el fin de semana ha sido bastante "lleno" así que he optado por una pintura monocromática simple para trabajar, una vez más, la luz y las sombras. Está hecho en mi art journal con pintura acrílica. La cara, entre otras cosas, no está bien, pero esto es lo que hay por hoy. Que tengas un buen fin de domingo!

Good afternoon dear you. Well, well, well, the weekend has been quite busy so I have opted for a simple monochromatic painting to work, once more, on lights and darks.
